SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST). Most orders will ship the same day when placed by 1:00 pm PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a regular business day.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Fridays or days preceding observed holidays will not be shipped until the next business day (after the weekend or holiday).
Shipping during peak time may be delayed, and Dr. Wholeness is not responsible for shipping/delivery due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping rates vary based on order weight and destination.

Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped, and do not include delays in fulfilment due to weekends or holidays.
Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times. Dr. Wholeness is not responsible for delays in delivery due to these circumstances or carrier error.
*For int'l orders, Dr. Wholeness has no control over customs fees.
Orders are not fulfilled on:

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
USPS Shipping may be delayed on postal holidays in addition to those above:
- Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday (Third Monday in January)
- Veteran’s Day (November 11th)
- Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)
- Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)
Dr. Wholeness strives to ensure that all products are in stock and ready to ship out when you place your order. However, in the event of a stock outage, we will notify you of the backorder status of any of your ordered items. We are happy to send out any in-stock items you have ordered and ship the backordered item separately when it becomes available at no additional charge to you. If you prefer, we can also cancel and refund the backordered item or hold all items to ship together when the backordered item becomes available.
Please note that this only applies to orders placed for out-of-stock items that appeared to be in stock at the time of purchase. The offer above does not apply to out-of-stock items displayed as out-of-stock at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dr. Wholeness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
A lost package is one that was misdirected, misplaced or lost by the carrier, and is not delivered to the shipping address.
A stolen package is one that was delivered to the shipping address by the carrier, but is not physically received by the addressee.
